It'll come down to the so called super Delegates. If Clinton has the assurances it looks like she has the race may already be over.

The question the remaining Democratic Delegates (super or otherwise) should really be asking themselves is who can beat McCain, Clinton or Obama?

Hillary is the clear winner, people voting want change thats great, but change cannot come without the experience. Do we really want a leader who has only been in politics for a few years. Obama is to general and smug. That is not what this country needs, we already have someone smug leading. The African American, Latino vote came out in record numbers, but they wanted to make statements, they won't be around in Nov.

It's about the Red States and the Blue States! I like Obama, but as much as he would like it not to matter he did not win in many swing states.

Almost every state he won is a "RED" state; meaning that even if every Democrat and left leaning Idependent votes for the Democratic Nominee, the Republican still wins.

It would be a different story if the numbers suggested that there were large numbers of Republicans voting for Obama, but they do not indicate that.

Clinton won by incredibly large margins in swing states and she took the traditional Democratics states by healthy margins.

In order for Democrats to win in November, Hillary will have to be on top of the ticket.. and Obama better be on for VP or we can hang up the African American vote.

I wish the reality were that suddenly we could all just get along, but please people, GET REAL. If not, we will lose again.

I looked at it a little more closely, and Obama squeaks out the popular vote (if we do not include Michigan and Florida, and right now the DNC is not) by about 80,000 votes, yet Clinton has several more pledged delegates than Obama. This does not make straightforward mathematical sense to me, so it must be some way of calculating that I do not understand.

Nikita, I think that may have something to do with superdelegates in those states? Clearly, Obama has won the popular vote thus far, but because many more superdelegates (mostly other politicians) have voted for Clinton, she is winning at this point in terms of total delegates.

AJS: Thank you. You are right! I just checked and Obama did win 17/18 counties out of 57. Earlier, I had counted the Check Marks for projected winner on CNN County Results Chart as if they were highlighting the Winner for the County. Actually, the Check Mark highlights the Winner of the State. My mistake. Overall, my point relied on: a) how the California Delegates that Hillary will carry are not showing (in full) in the Delegates Estimate that CNN and MSNBC have put together; and b) the biased coverage (agenda setting) by the so-called progressive media. Thank you again for calling me out on the County Results.

Javier, I think you need to look at the final results for the California counties yourself. In fact I counted that Obama won 18 of the 58 counties in California. I found these results on the MSNBC website, but you might be able to find these results on CNN.com as well. Please look up the results for yourself.

Thank you for the tip about CAPITALIZATION. I appreciate it. However, the CAPITALIZED sections/words are intended. Take care.

Well, I think that you are wrong, take a look at the percentage won by Obama vs Clinton and you will clearly see that IF delegates are assigned proportionally, Obama would get more delegates and is the clear winner, but for some reason Clinton gets 4-10% more delegates than she should in all states she won. Hmmm...

Javier, while I am not disagreeing with you, me being completely spineless and uninformed, I must say that a wall of text combined with random CAPITALIZATION just makes you look insane.
